I've taught in Warsaw and Düsseldorf, worked with the UN, and researched in Cologne and Barcelona. Every experience shapes how I train today.
I'm a passionate educator and trainer with a global perspective. At 23 I became an academic teacher at the University of Düsseldorf, designing and leading 5 seminars for over 300 participants. I was rated a TOP 3 researcher at GESIS Leibniz Institute, where I conducted multilingual comparative media research.
Currently, I'm pursuing a PhD in Education and ICT (e-learning) at Barcelona's Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, where I study how technology transforms education.
My methodology combines the GROW framework for mentoring with active learning techniques in teaching. I partner with leading technology companies specialising in AI and e-learning to develop innovative educational solutions. I have also contributed to AI training projects for Anthropic.
